Crystal Palace threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at West Bromwich Albion.
The Baggies scored a stoppage-time equaliser to deny Palace a much-needed victory at the Hawthorns.
Palace started brightly and went ahead in the 16th minute. Fraizer Campbell's header was pushed over by West Brom keeper Ben Foster, and from the resulting corner, Brede Hangeland fired home after his initial header had had hit Craig Dawson.
Nine minutes before the break, referee Mark Clatenburg somehow missed Dawson's trip on Wilfried Zaha in the box which looked a clear penalty.
But Palace were awarded one right on half-time after the linesman spotted Sebastien Pocognoli's foul on Yannick Bolasie in the area. Mile Jedinak stepped up to convert the spot kick.
Six minutes after the interval, West Brom pulled a goal back in controversial circumstances.
Julian Speroni pushed Saido Berahino's shot out for a corner. And from Chris Brunt's flag kick, sub Victor Anichebe headed in but Speroni had been elbowed by Dawson. Speroni had to be treated for a head injury and was eventually substituted by Wayne Hennessey.
West Brom found fresh belief and got the equaliser deep inside injury time with a penalty from Berahino after Mile Jedinak's challenge on Anichebe in the box.
