Glenn Murray
A Glenn Murray brace helped Crystal Palace get back to winning ways with a 4-1 success against Middlesbrough.
Murray bagged a double to make it 27 goals for the season as Palace swept aside promotion rivals Boro with ease at Selhurst Park.
Murray took just nine minutes to fire the hosts ahead after Wilfried Zaha jinked his way past two defenders on the right and Murray converted his cross from close range.
The forward could have had a hat-trick with two more good opportunities, while Eagles defender Peter Ramage cleared Faris Haroun's goal-bound shot off the line.
Palace's lead was stretched three minutes after the break when Murray's header was chested down by Ramage, who then spun and fired the ball home for a finish Murray would have been proud of.
Murray made it three on 57 minutes with a brilliant left-foot shot from the edge of the area that rocketed into the top right corner.
Boro pulled a goal back in the 80th minute when Haroun raced onto Ishmael Miller's defence-splitting pass and rifled past Julian Speroni.
But four minutes later, substitute Kevin Phillips restored the three-goal cushion for his second goal in a Palace shirt with a powerful left-foot shot from Zaha's pass.
