Crystal Palace
Ten-man Crystal Palace were thumped 5-0 at Derby County.
The Eagles welcomed back Edgar Davids into the line-up after compassionate leave and were bidding to extend their unbeaten run to three games.
They went a goal down in the 13th minute when Alberto Bueno swept home after an excellent run and cross by John Brayford.
Hopes of a Palace fightback were shattered when on-loan striker James Vaughan was sent off after just 20 minutes for a late tackle on Brayford.
Former Palace striker Shefki Kuqi hit a post for the Rams, then set up midfielder Paul Green who somehow missed the target.
Kris Commons doubled Derby's lead five minutes before half-time after good link-up play with Brayford and firing past Julian Speroni.
Bueno got the third goal just past the hour mark from Green's centre. Six minutes later, Green made it 4-0 by heading home Robbie Savage's free-kick.
A poor back pass from Claude Davis allowed Kuqi to steal in and net the fifth goal. Only a brilliant stop from Speroni saved a sixth goal when he denied Bueno a hat-trick.
