ITV Sport Channel
ITV Digital has announced that Palace's final game of the season on Sunday against West Brom will be on its sports channel.
Coverage on April 21 begins at 1pm, with kick-off at 2pm.
There will also be a broadcast crew at the Wolves v Sheffield Wednesday match with regular updates.
LWT (ITV1 London region) will be showing Millwall's match against Grimsby.
