England caps for young Eagles

Wayne Routledge and Gary Borrowdale both played in England Under-17s' 2-2 draw with Slovakia on Wednesday night.

Routledge played the whole of the game at Stevenage Borough's Broadhall Way ground, while Borrowdale came on near the end of the game.

England have European Championship qualifiers against Scotland and Lithuania coming up.

The pair played in the Palace U19s' 2-2 draw with Millwall U19s at the weekend. Craig Dobson scored both Palace goals.

Karem Bashkal and Tariq Nabil scored for the Under-17s as they also drew 2-2 at Millwall.
