Sammy Lee
Sammy Lee has joined Crystal Palace as assistant manager to Sam Allardyce.
The pair successfully worked together at Bolton Wanderers and he replaced Allardyce as manager in 2007 but was sacked after 14 games
Lee, 57, had two stints coaching at international level with England, along with Liverpool and Southampton, where he left at the end of last season.
Allardyce said: "I am looking forward to once again working with Sammy. It was great working with him at Bolton and is someone who has a wealth of experience both at club and international level over the years as well."
