Winger Tom Ince has told Crystal Palace fans that he will get even better.
Ince, who is on loan from Blackpool until the end of the season, had a superb debut against West Brom and capped it by scoring in the victory.
He followed that up with a quiet display against Manchester United at the weekend as Palace defended deep for long periods.
However, the 22-year-old insists he will improve once he settles more into playing in the Premier League.
"I am working hard at improving and adapting to the Premier League and when I have finished doing that, you will see a completely different me and I will be a better player," he said.
"The lads have welcomed me so well and I feel at home already, even though I have only been here for three or four weeks.
"I live in Chester, which is only two hours on the train from Euston, so it is working out quite well as I can get home on a day off by about 4.30pm so the commute isn’t too bad.
"I am living in Canary Wharf for the rest of the time which is nice. I am enjoying myself.
"Everything is going well at the moment, I’m enjoying myself off the pitch and I think that transfers itself onto the pitch as well."
He added: "I didn’t think the fans could top the atmosphere against West Brom but they did against Manchester United.
"The best thing for me was when we were 2-0 down and the fans were still chanting. It’s fantastic and we are going to need that for the remaining 12 games."
