Bronia, head coach of the Crystals, is our featured cheerleader this week.

My nickname is Binky.

My ideal holiday destination is Las Vegas, LA and Hawaii.

My ideal party would be having friends round for dinner, chatting and maybe watching DVDs.

The animal I'd beat in an arm wrestle: would be a chimp.

My cooking speciality is a roast. Although I do a mean spag bol – the girls love it!

What I love about being in the Crystals is being so proud of the group and how far they have come.

For three seasons, they've all grown as a group and individually as girls.

For example, Izzy used to be a shy girl but has really blossomed. They are a nice group and work hard.

Izzy is the longest to get ready because she is so perfect.

My karaoke song would be Kings of Leon - Use somebody

The funniest moment is when we get the sprinklers. I got totally drenched on one occasion but still carried on even though I was soaked. That video clip has been shown everywhere.

My hidden talent is I can hand stand on a stool.

If I won the lottery, I'd pay off my mortgage and my parent's.

I'd treat myself to an Aston Martin, gun metal grey with red seats.

Then I'd go on a nice holiday, get a bigger house and save the rest.
