Crystal Palace defender Damien Delaney is set to miss at least two matches after suffering an ankle injury in the 2-0 loss to Swansea City.
Delaney, who has featured in every Premier League match for the Eagles so far this season, was subbed at half time during the Swansea match, after suffering a knock on his ankle.
Palace physio Alex Manos told the South London Press: "Damien has got a sprained ankle and there is some ligament damage in there.
"At the moment he is in a protective boot, we are trying to settle it down and let it heal. So he is not available for the weekend.
"He is doubtful for next weekend. We'll try and see if it is possible to accelerate his rehab but we're probably looking at after the Liverpool game."
Delaney himself posted the following photo on his Instagram feed a few days ago, showing his foot in the aforementioned protective boot.
