Jason Banton
Crystal Palace midfielder Jason Banton, who is currently on loan at Plymouth, has won League Two's Player of the Month for March.
The 20-year-old has been in sparkling form for the Pilgrims since his loan move on transfer deadline day.
Banton scored three goals during March including a winner against Exeter City, and those strikes have helped Plymouth move out of the relegation zone just at the right time.
"The recognition is good, but this sort of thing has not been in my mind since I've been here because it’s been a dog-fight just trying to stay in the league," he said.
"To get recognised with the club in the position we are is a good thing.
"Someone sent me a text saying that my goals have been worth 10 or 11 points to the club. Those kind of stats are decent and I’m just glad I've been able to play my part.
"The team, the coaching staff, the backroom staff and everyone at the club has contributed to what we are doing, and helped me be able to score the goals."
