Crystal Palace
Steve Bruce could make changes to the Crystal Palace defence against Everton tonight, after the defeat to Millwall on Saturday.
Bruce got the players in for a tough training session the following day and is keen to eliminate the series of defensive errors, which have cost Palace points this season.
He said: "We've got to eliminate the silly errors. Playing Everton is a massive cup tie but if we stop making mistakes we will be OK."
New £1.35m signing Matt Clarke will start his first away game and US international Gregg Berhalter could get a recall after starting on the bench on Saturday.
Tommy Black may retain his place on the right wing after a good second half perfromance against Millwall.
Meanwhile, Paul Gascoigne could make a comeback for Everton. Gazza has not played for the Toffees since last November and has been frustrated at his injury problems.
Team-mate Steve Watson said: "He's been so close to a comeback so many times after picking up so many injuries.
"He will probably agree that, and this has happened throughout his career - when he's injured he tries to get back too quickly.
"That's because he's the type of person that just can't sit about and rest.
"But he's not feeling the injury at all now and touch wood I hope he gets the chance this week to make that comeback."
Thomas Gravesen, Gary Naysmith, Niclas Alexandersson, Alessandro Pistone and Mark Pembridge are doubtful to play for the Mersysiders.
