Wilfried Zaha

Wilfried Zaha has been awarded the Championship PFA Fans' Player of the Month award.

A statement from the PFA read: "Having gone unbeaten throughout October – Crystal Palace stormed up the Football Championship table, where they currently sit first.

"Wilfried Zaha won our Championship player of the month, as Crystal Palace scored 11 goals in the month of October.

"The 4-3 victory over Burnley was no doubt Zaha's best performance, with two goals to his name as Palace came from 2-0 down to win the tie 4-3.

"Crystal Palace look like the team to beat this season in the Championship. With Wilfried Zaha playing like this, Palace may well return to the Premier League after a seven year absence."
