Clinton O'Morrison
Striker Clinton Morrison has promised Palace fans he will fire the club into the top flight.
His warning came after scoring a brace in the 4-0 friendly win over Torquay United last Saturday.
The Tooting born striker has set a personal target of 25 goals. He believes that will be enough to win Steve Bruce's side promotion.
"I can't wait for the season to start. Steve has told me to go out and score the goals which will get us into the Premiership, that is my dream," he said.
"Last season, I set myself a target of 20 and only scored 19 so I was a bit disappointed, but now I'm going to set myself 25. With the squad we've got I can definitely do that, it just needs consistency."
Meanwhile, Latvian winger Andrejs Rubins is a doubt for Tuesday night's friendly clash with Third Division side Exeter.
Steve Bruce reported that Rubins has not picked up any more knocks in the two games played in Devon.
Two players who carried knocks in Spain, Alex Kolinko and Simon Rodger, played at the weekend and suffered no reaction.
