George Burley
Manager George Burley hailed his youngsters after Crystal Palace claimed a late Carling Cup win over Yeovil Town.
Nathaniel Pinney and Kieron Cadogan started, while Kieran Djilali and Wilfried Zaha came off the bench as veteran Alan Lee netted in the 1-0 victory.
Burley said: "We have a very thin squad so there we are having to blood youngsters at the moment and Pinney is an example of that in this game. He could have had a hat-trick in the first twenty minutes in a very bright start for us.
"Yeovil came back in the game after that but I thought we finished the game the stronger after we changed things around a bit and got the goal to win the match.
"Kieran Djilali added some width to our play and he showed that he is a talent and is another very good youngster we are having the chance to use. It is good for the youngsters but we know that they are coming up against men.
"The experienced players are playing well at the same time and a doing a good job working alongside those who are taking their chance having come through the club's academy."
Yeovil Town manager Terry Skiverton said: "I think it was a major decision [not to award a penalty] in the game and Dean Bowditch was clear on goal and the lad does catch his leg first.
"I take a lot of pride from our performance, they were really game and up for it. The thing I really like was there was no nonsense at the back where we're giving away silly little passes. We looked like men back there."

Is that the most humiliating defeat in the club's history?
