Crystal Palace
Striker Rui Fonte has had his loan extended at Crystal Palace until the end of the season.
The 18-year-old Portuguese player was expected to stay for a month after arriving from Arsenal at the end of January.
Now Fonte is sticking around longer he will be aiming to get a regular run in Neil Warnock's side and add to his three Eagles appearances.
"I’m pleased because I am playing more regularly and not just with the Arsenal reserves," said Fonte, brother of Palace defender Jose.
"The coach [Neil Warnock] has spoken to me and he has told me that I will have opportunities. This is a rewarding experience for me in all aspects."
Palace defender Claude Davis - currently out with a hamstring injury - has seen his loan extended from Derby until the end of the campaign.
