Crystal Palace's reserves crashed out of the Surrey Senior Cup with a 3-2 defeat at Whyteleafe.
Former Palace striker Andrew Martin netted a hat-trick as the young Eagles fell at the first hurdle for the second successive season.
Palace opened the scoring after nine minutes when Keiran Cadogan sent over a cross that Graham Edwards tucked away from close range.
The Leafe levelled the scores in the 32nd minute from the penalty spot through Martin after defender Pringle handled in the box.
Martin put the non-leaguers in front seven minutes later with a deflected shot from Paul Scott's long pass.
Eagles youngster Hakeem Adelakun made it 2-2 five minutes into the second half with a ferocious 25 yard strike that flew into the top left corner.
But Martin restored Whyteleafe's lead and complete his hat-trick on the hour mark with a low shot on the right of the box into the bottom far corner.
Palace: Wilkinson, Kenlock, Parsons, Goldsmith, Edwards, Pringle (Parmiter 46), Randall, Adelakun, Pinney (Caprice 65), Roberts (Sekajah 83), Cadogan.
