Crystal Palace twice threw away leads to draw 2-2 at Blackpool.

Paul Ifill fired the Eagles ahead in the first half only to see Ben Burgess cancel it out shortly into the second period.

On-loan West Brom striker Craig Beattie thought he grabbed Palace's winner, but the hosts equalised again through Ian Evatt to maintain their seven match unbeaten run.

Eagles boss Neil Warnock handed recalls for John Oster and Paddy McCarthy in place of Victor Moses and Jose Fonte.

Blackpool were denied by the woodwork early on as Keith Southern hit the crossbar and Gary Taylor-Fletcher fired a shot against the post.

Eagles midfielder Nick Carle blasted a long-range effort wide of the goal before Taylor-Fletcher nodded David Vaughan's cross over.

It was Palace who drew first blood on 28 minutes as Ifill took advantage of a defensive mistake to shoot past Blackpool keeper Paul Rachubka from close range.

Julian Speroni ensured Palace remained a goal up going into the break by brilliantly palming over Shaun Barker's effort from a Vaughan corner.

Burgess equalised three minutes into the second half with an excellent volley from the edge of the box after Shaun Derry failed to clear the danger.

Two minutes later, Palace went back in front through a cool finish into the bottom corner from Beattie 20 yards out.

But Evatt denied Palace an important away victory when he made it 2-2 with a header powered past Speroni from Rachubka's free-kick.
