Ryan Hall

Young midfielder Ryan Hall has been sent out on loan to League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge.

The move came days after Hall was accused of attacking a security guard at the Goals five-a-side centre in Beckenham, on Tuesday night.

Matthew Ballard, 19, was taken to Croydon's Mayday Hospital after suffering head injuries from a group of players when he tried to escort the referee off the pitch.

A Palace spokesman said: "We are investigating further the alleged incidents relating to Ryan Hall. If the story is substantiated, we will take the matter further."

The Academy product made his first-team debut against QPR in November and was on the bench for the Eagles' FA Cup tie with Watford last weekend.
