Bromley's Hayes Lane
Crystal Palace's reserves played out a 0-0 draw against QPR at Bromley's Hayes Lane.
Reserve team boss Dougie Freedman named himself in the starting XI plus former first-teamers Stuart Green and Scott Flinders in a young side.
Palace were denied an early goal when Charlie Sheringham saw his shot hacked off the line by QPR's Aaron Goode before Freedman saw a 25-yard effort crash against the post.
Rangers hit the woodwork themselves in the second period with a drive from Angelo Balanta after Josh Parker headed wide. Antonio German smacked another effort against the upright for the West London outfit but the fixture ended up goalless.
Palace: Flinders, Green, Martin, Edwards, Swaibu, Freedman, Idrizaj, Sheringham, Kudjodji, Grabban.
Subs: Thorpe, Holness, Comley, Hakeem, Djilali.
