Crystal Palace boss Peter Taylor has ruled out a move for Everton keeper Iain Turner.
The Scottish U21 international has been linked with a permanent switch to Palace after a successful loan stint at the end of last year.
Taylor admits he'd love to buy the talented stopper, who faces Palace for new loan club Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, but doubts the Toffees will put him up for sale.
Taylor said: "I find it very doubtful that a club would be able to sign him permanently. He is too highly regarded by Everton.
"They see him as the future, so, as I see it, he is too good to be available for a permanent move.
"I would always be interested in signing players like that on loan, and Iain Turner will want to play, but I know how much they think of him at Everton."
