Selhurst Park
Ron Noades is set to sell Selhurst Park to a property company.
Former Crystal Palace chairman Noades owns the freehold to the ground but has failed to agree terms with current chief Simon Jordan.
Jordan has four years left on a 10-year lease and the pair have been at loggerheads for several years over the sale.
According to the News of the World, Noades is close to selling the the Eagles' home to property firm Structadene for £12m.
Structadene boss David Pearl bought Bournemouth's Dean Court last year and leased it back to the club.
If the deal got the go-ahead, Jordan could opt for a long-term lease from Structadene or may decide to offer Noades more money to own the freehold himself.
