Clinton Morrison
A late goal by Clinton Morrison gave Palace a 1-0 win over a ten-man Leeds United.
Palace started the game with 5 in midfield and James Scowcroft playing up front on his own.
The game turned in Palace's favour after only 15 minutes when Mark Hudson was involved in a scuffle with Geoff Horsfield. The linesman spotted that Horsfield had shoved Hudson and informed referee Rob Styles, who brandished the red card to the former Birmingham striker.
Palace had chances to take the lead through throughout the game - Leon Cort, Dougie Freedman, Mark Kennedy and Scowcroft all game close.
Leeds' Eddie Lewis hit the post in the first half but it was substitute Clinton Morrison who scored a half volley in injury time, to secure victory for the Eagles.
With this win over Leeds, Palace are the only team in the Championship to have maximum points after three games played.
Celebrate Morrison's winning goal by purchasing an exclusive Clinton t-shirt from the HOL shop.
