Palace enter the Valley of death...

The Second Coming has been delayed, but only for one week. Palace will stay up, and we're going to do it at The Valley, writes Neil McSteen.

At the risk of clutching at the straws Harry Redknapp is also grasping at, I do think fortune appears to be on our side.

Norwich won't win at Fulham. They haven't won away all season, the Cottagers go into the game on the back of an impressive away win over Blackburn and Chris Coleman could see his team climb three places if they grab a win.

With £500,000 a place at stake for every league position, Coleman is playing for big money.

Besides, Cookie has a place in his heart that is forever SE25. He'll be wanting to get a win not only for himself but also for Dowie.

As for Saints, they have a tricky looking home tie against Manchester United.

Ferguson looks like he'll have to settle for third place so he may name a weakened team.

But with the FA Cup final representing the Red Devils' only chance of glory the second stringers who'll start this fixture will be looking to force their way into the reckoning.

We then just need to beat Charlton - easy!
