Dougie Freedman
Dougie Freedman and Tommy Black will join Leeds on loan, once Palace's injury crisis eases up.
The pair were set to join the Elland Road club on three month loans but Palace put a stop to the move due to injury problems.
Hungarian striker Sandor Torghelle is not fully recovered from his ankle injury, Neil Shipperley is just back from his knee problems and Ivan Kaviedes is not fully fit.
Leeds chief executive Shaun Harvey said: "We had agreed everything financially with Palace and were hoping to complete the deal, but they have been hit a by a few injuries and until they have assessed the deals can't go through.
"There's still every opportunity that the deal will be concluded early next week."
It will be a good opportunity for Black and Freedman to get some much-needed first-team games under their belt. If they impress, Palace could be tempted to offload the duo.
