Andy Johnson
Andy Johnson returns to the Eagles attack after recovering from a hamstring injury picked up in last weekend's Spurs defeat.
Young midfielder Ben Watson is likely to keep his place in the side as Aki Riihilahti and Michael Hughes (both hamstring) are definitely out and Shaun Derry has a groin strain.
Thomas Mhyre will regain his place in goal after missing the match at Tottenham.
Burnley will be without defender James McEveley who has returned to Blackburn following his loan spell.
Arthur Gnohere and former Eagle Glen Little (both hamstring), hope to be fit in time for Saturday.
