Kit Symons

Kit Symons has returned to training after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Symons had a reoccurance of an old groin injury during the summer, and has so far not appeared this season to make his 10th appearance in a Palace shirt.

Trevor Francis confirmed this at the weekend.

He said: "Kit Symons will be stepping up his training this week and he will be ready for a reserve game in 10 days."
