If true, and it happens, will this be a sale to the newly promoted Portsmouth or a loan to what will be a Championship team?

I think they tried to buy him previously - he turns 21 this year so probably past the point where we try him on a loan. Expect we sell for a small fee with a cut of any future fees agreed or something similar - talented player but probably not quite up to standard for our first team.
