Question - if we beat Chelsea in the Semi - even if we lose against Liverpool or Man City in the Final do we qualify for the Europa League for next season as “runners up” - given that both Man City and Liverpool would have qualified for the Champions League..? COYP

Nope - same as with the 2016 final when we didnt get in to Europe. They did away with that rule in 2015.
