If you use sites like Newsnow you see players linked to Palace and other clubs which you know are highly unlikely or just stupid. I see one of our players who contract is up soon being linked with Burnley, West Ham, Brighton, Bournemouth and Celtic. I assume these stories are planted by the player agent. Most signing sales are done under the radar.

good point. nothing to add really. newsnow and hearsay versus a dignified silence. I'm sticking with option one. I'm off to transfer talk to read and write a load of cr*p.
