Which academy players do you think can be part of the first team: Palace have a decent academy system (Zaha, Clyne, Moses, Mitchell, AWB)
I think Banks, Pierrick and Sam Woods have a good chance. Nya Kirby also. But it is important for them to get some loan spells under their belt.

There was great belief in the club for Luke Dreher back as far as when Pardew was manager.

Who was the blonde kid who played in midfield, he came on during the last home game of the season a couple of years ago. Looked very promising

I agree that Banks is looking promising and may get a chance off the bench before the season ends depending on how we are placed. Pierrick needs to make real progress this year in the U23s if he is to have a chance. Am not convinced by Woods or Kirby yet. Alfie Matthews looks promising - good skill and good football brain from the little I've seen of him. As another poster has said, the U18s could provide a few potential players for the first team squad..

My concern is the lack of academy players going out on loan. Kirby for instance had a spell at Blackpool you would hope that he would then have a loan spell at a bigger club in a better league.

I’d like the Academy to produce a proper centre forward/striker.
