A 12 year old boy has been arrested for the online abuse of Wolf. I despair. Where are we going when a 12 year old is so racist?

Anyway what school did you go to when you were 12? Or have you just forgotten? At that age social structures and differences between peers is in natural overdrive.

At 12 a person can change and clearly in behaving like this towards someone he has a problem that needs to be addressed.

I agree with you,but apparently in Brittish society and overall in the western one this only applies to boys. Only they are held acountable.at 12 years old. Girls are just considered victims and it shouldn't be so. There is a lot of behavior like in Lord of the Flies done by girls too.
