| I am a New Yorker who will be making my first trip to Selhurst (and England in general) in a month for the Spurs match. I'll be in London for a week, and am looking for any and all suggestions for activities to do/places to check out. Any leads towards places to visit pre-/post-match would be specifically helpful. I look forward to finally making it over, and hopefully sharing a pint with some fellow Eagles supporters.

Good food, local beers, a good atmosphere and plenty of palace on a match day. You can then walk to the ground from there in about 35 mins.

| see most of the London sights in around an hour, without any walking. art galleries and music venues abound. Recommend you get yourself an Oyster Card from a local shop and load it up with about £50. That should be your local travel sorted on buses and tube train and trains for the week. Google stuff that you're interested in. There'll be a place in London that does it. Bring cash ££££. London isn't cheap Edited by Forest Hillbilly (06 Oct 2018 7.40pm)
