Meyer Reveals Why He Chose Palace

According to the below article, he said that he chose us because Dougie and Moody actually bothered to fly out to Germany to meet with him which other clubs didn't. I wasn't especially enamoured with either man coming back to the club frankly but if their efforts made the difference in us making one of the most exciting signings I can remember, I have to take my hat off to them for that.

Agree with this- if they can tip the balance in attracting players with his reputation/potential I'll forgive an awful lot!
