how do you make your season ticket a e-ticket?

i cant make it tonight so have to e-mail someone my ticket, how do i do it?

Ring box office, explain someone is going instead of you and you want them to pick up a paper ticket. Get whoever is going to collect paper ticket in the hut near fan zone area.
That’s what I’ve always done, not sure if there’s an easier way.
