Subs: Karius, Wijnaldum, Lovren, Milner, Coutinho, Grujic, Klavan, Origi, Solanke, Flanagan, Kent. Drawed games go to penalties with a twist - first team takes one penalty, second team then takes 2, then they take 2 each. The order of the line-up is what Palace posted on social media; the personnel looks to me like a 4-4-2, but who knows. If you guys find an HD stream then I'll add it to the OP - cricfree is not perfect quality but is streaming the WBA/Leicester game without buffering currently.
