Sorry...perhaps having a thick moment.. But I assumed that Joe Ledley was not making the squad due to injury. I have just looked at a few sites who say he is fit. Do we assumed that Big Sam does not rate him and he will depart for a 'new challenge' in the next few months? Is his contract coming to an end?

Think it's game over for ledley really, need to upgrade....tom cairney or Fabian Delph etc....good servent the last couple of years but deffo a position we need to upgrade on?

First few games of the season he played well. We were playing well. Got a few results and all looked rosy again. Then we are back to losing ways and Ledley played poorly in a poorly performing team. Maybe we were bad because of him, maybe he was bad because of the team. Personally I don't think He has become a bad player overnight. Yes He is limited but does what he does well. It would be interesting to see how he would get on now of say Cabaye was out.

Re Sunderland away, Ledley's mistake was caused by Steeeeve's poor/rushed distribution. Having said that, Ledley isn't good enough any more, is out of contract and probably on his way back to Cardiff.
