Good piece, worth a watch. Interesting that he lost his first 7 games at Sunderland before keeping them up - lets hope history repeats itself. COYP!

Perhaps that means when a manager takes over a side he can't just relay on the players getting a boost from a new manager starting that my not last. It's more than that, the manager has to change things from how a poor club was playing/being coached/style of play etc.
