This guy really was on the receiving end of many moans and groans whenever he played in the first team. However, when told about it he seemed to be completely unaware the boo-boys were on his back. Maybe he was just pretending to show it was not getting to him. Anyway, good luck Craig in your coaching endeavours.

I remember he really did get some grief from the fans before he was badly injured during Alan Smith's second stint as manager. I wasn't among his fans either when he was a player, but I do wish him really well. Who knows, he might work his way up the managerial ladder and end up being our boss one day?

Spoke to him once when we lived in Oswestry. TNS win the welsh league every year. Whilst the standard isn't great, they're a great little club. We might wish for a manager with his longevity of tenure. When I went to watch the New Saints in a Champions League qualifying game it was the only time I ever trod in a cow pat in the club car park.
