Really gutting considering the 1st half today. But it's promising. He got good tunes out of Cabaye, Flamin and Townsend, especially Cabaye. In fact they all looked a bit sharper today. New manager will hopefully last a long while. Good to see us close down in 2's or 3's and one in midfield reading it and staying put. That will help us a lot instead of Jimmac doing most of it. Arsenal are not finding things easy at the moment. Maybe, just maybe.

it was a decent point away from home but lets be honest. we played no differently than we did under pards and townsend played well ashe was in his best position

Feel that the press conference afterwards was refreshing- he identified basic issues rather than the "the lads gave it their all, desperately unlucky at the moment" rubbish that Pardew used to give. Also felt like Sam would make changes to address issues f required whereas Pardew kept doing same thing and expecting different result.

Yeah, not like he pin pointed the penalty not given as a turning point

Don't think we looked in any trouble today, probably cos Watford were shyte, we looked quite organised and we did ok in the midfield considering we had MacArthur and Ledley missing.
