Good closing paragraphs talking about balancing attack and defence, not taking away the flair of the team, getting results 1st and then with confidence, better performances and results, and exciting fans, and especially at home. Can't argue with any of that. Might placate a few with those plans. Where I think he has benefited is watching possibly all of our games this season, at home, with pause and rewind and without any interruptions or distractions and a clear impartial head. Hopefully with the contacts he has and the knowledge of players he has from not very long ago in club management for years he can solve many issues with the squad he rates and a select few quality additions.
