I actually feel let down by Parish on this one, in my opinion he's not doing what is best for the club. Whether it's because he doesn't want to sack his mate or whether he's still searching for his balls I think he's calling this one wrong. I don't see what good giving teflon two more games will do, what's the point?

The problem with this run of form is the fear of it happening again and again,also at a not so favourable position in the table. We got lucky last season in how we started saved us from the drop. This season we've got lucky as it's only November and can make decisions on who we buy or who we may have to sack. Don't see how we as a club will progress knowing full well this run could happen again. Like it or not we have the worst manager in the country this year. And that's a sorry fact.

What is the point of ditching Pardew mid tactics change, to go back to the beginning with someone new. I have a feeling we may just be around the corner from something better, but may need a bit more time. But not a lot! I don't want a new man in who will take time to stamp his style. I can only guess it's because he's looking for the right candidate and trying to agree terms and so on. But other clubs seem to be more than able to oust unsuitable managers and have a replacement ready to go. Went down like a sack of hot crap when I said this a few nights ago on here so be prepared.

I don't even think it's a case of having glory hunters attaching themsleves to the club, I think it's a case of concerned Palace fans venting their frustration and anger at a man that seems incapable of turning things around and a chairman that seems to be dithering over sacking his mate.
