2012/2013 season review DVD

I am looking to get my hands on the 2012/2013 season review DVD that includes the Play offs. The club shop no longer sell it. They advised using itunes, but really would need the DVD or in MP4 format to watch on TV I know its a long shot but does anyone know any one who is selling this or able to get a copy? thanks a lot in advance
