James Chester (suggestion)

I know that we have bought a centre back but it is not a position, we have strength in depth. I wonder if West Bromwich Albion 's James Chester would be worth a punt? He looked fairly accomplished for Wales is still fairly young at 27 and is apparently unhappy at WBA.
