Wouldn't surprise me if this is complete rubbish. I was told last Sunday that the president was flying over specially to take Wilf and his family back with him. Here we are a week later on a Sunday again and the rumours once again are coming from Galatastary.

Sad to see him go, he’s been such a club legend. However this has been a ridiculous distraction, Turkey is a strange move but good luck to him and them Now let’s actually do some proper business rather than all this ‘I heard from a bloke that walks Ernie Walleys dog” absolute cobblers I keep reading on here. I like to say thanks Wilf for all your service over the last 13 years, but ultimately this is a huge bullet dodged , paying somebody 200K a week was ridiculous because as a player he was a shadow of his former great self and that is why none of the top teams in the UK were interested . Good luck Wilf and thanks for the memories
