A strange one but let's face it, if we needed 7 before Cabaye's injury we now need 8 and they aren't al going to be household names! I can't be bothered to google the answer but I'm guessing there isn't a loan restriction as he isn't from the Premier league?

As far as I can see the Premiership loan restrictions specifically apply to other 'Premiership and English' clubs.

I doubt we want to sign him, as unproven in the Premier, could be another Mutch, sitting on a 4 year contract and nowhere near the first team.
