When a player makes a bad call, he needs an arm round the shoulder and a gee-up - not abuse and a knockdown. In Lee's defence, he was playing completely out of position, on his 'wrong' side as well and had no deeper-lying defender to give him an 'out', which is why he had to look up three times and consequently hesitated and played a dire ball. A deeper-lying defender would have given him a quicker option, but there was none. He's not a 'bad' player - he just shouldn't have been played at left back. Don't slaughter him for this.

? Not on my Tele. On my telly he started at left back and Schlupp played further forward. Whatever the case, Lee should never have been played on the left. BTW I'm glad FdB has gone - his assessment of his player pool was dire and he turned out to be a wet blanket. Anyway - onward and upward.

In this BBC article, CYL is not even mentioned under South Korean players in the EPL. Maybe the BBC has already relegated us to the Championship.

I know it was keeping people awake at night wondering if our Chungy had found himself a club to continue his successful career. I'm glad to inform you he has. Currently warming the bench at German 2nd division club VfL Bochum. No, me neither.

Weird isn't it.. I remember him being a very good player at Bolton... When we signed him they were gutted and I thought we had a little gem on our hands.... Apart from that superb goal against Stoke he did little else!!
