There is a finite amount of money available in any one transfer window. In January we needed a centre half, a midfielder and a left back. We got the midfielder and left back, but still needed a centre half. The only option was a loan. 
 Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.  |
