Very difficult to see how the likes of Anderson and Ladapo will be effective in the PL given they have hardly 'set the world alight' in their 'Loan' spells in the lower divisions. People talk about former non-league player Vardy and use this as an example to players who have made the leap to the PL but Vardy and the likes of Ian Wright made their debuts at lower level and NOT in the rarefied level of the top division.
