ParchmoreEagle I don't wish for any bad feelings, when I mentioned Christmas eve it was my intention to make you feel better about posting on the actual day, perhaps I should have written it a bit better, looking at it now it does appear a bit annoying so I'm genuinely sorry for that. 'Waiting for Dann's form to join him.' That's a new one. Say that to any manager worth his salt and they won't be as accepting. I tell you, Alan improved Zaha and that's it really. Most of the others haven't improved much in 12 months. Apart from MacArthur who is consistently quality, many have worsened a bit or a lot. This lazy laissez faire style has gone and thank god for that. Some actual work to be done and about time too. Looking forward to this now whereas I wasn't before.
