Don’t think anyone is really advocating pulling the trigger now but I don’t want another season of this next season. He is underachieving imo

I heard Pardew was back at Selhurst today, maybe he is coming back.
Be careful what you wish for.

What can I say ... team selection , substitutions etc... by Roy ..just ridiculous This is our best squad in years ... yet Roy and Ray are dinosaurs, they are our main weak links... everyone around me in the lower holmesdale are just baffled by his ideas or rather lack of We need a younger dynamic manager now ... if Roy stays much longer we will sleepwalk into relegation ( not this year ) and not come back for ages We need to act ... under Roy we will get found out in the end
Why didn't you post this after we had beaten Burnley?

People who complain about Roy are not doing this as a knee jerk reaction to a Brighton defeat. We have been shocking at home all season with the second worst record in the division. Roy is fine tactically when we are defending but seems clueless on the attacking side. It’s claimed we have our strongest squad yet in the premier league but this is not reflected in our attacking performances. We have a choice of Batshuayi, Zaha, Townsend, Benteke, Ayew, Wickham, Meyer and Sako in forward positions and Roy has to take some responsibility for not getting more from these players. Who on here really thinks that Mcarthur, Luka and Schlupp is a well balanced midfield? I keep hearing about missed loads of chances, but this was only really true of the Burnley and Cardiff home games. We didn’t work the Brighton keeper today, but this was also true of the Southampton, Newcastle , Wolves and Chelsea keepers. Roy has to find another way of scoring other than through counterattack.

Unfortunately that ship seems to have sailed.
We are clueless at home and it is truly embarrassing.
If he hasn’t figured it out by now, with these players, it may never happen.
Away from home we are dynamite but our home form is utterly unacceptable.
Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Agree about the midfield but the lack of a quality attacking midfield player has been as big an issue as the centre forward IMO. This is why I don’t get the comments about how great this squad is. It isn’t.

Think DF has "unfinished business" at Palace that worries me, and I don't mean in the transfer market !!

Agree and this squad does have enough options to at least set up at home differently. Roy please don't be afraid, give it a go !!
